Dear Ms. Ball,

We have much in common,

you and I.

Both housewives.

Both holding far-fetched dreams

of superstardom

that get us into

oodles of absurd trouble.

Yet.

That is where the

similarities

end.

You did it all

with such hilarity.

I snort every time

I watch you eat that

Vitameatavegamin.

And.

You did it all with

such style.

{That black lace dress over those white pants? I lust after them often. Might Shabby Apple bring them back into existence?}

Do you think if

I got the wardrobe

I would have

as much fun

as you?

{I think it’s verrry possible.}

After all,

Wearing a red

vintage-cut dress

has a way of making one feel

like a superstar.

Even if they are just

a dowdy housewife

who revels in making magic

{and messes}

all the while

looking

pretty.
