Carnival Caramel Apple Cake
Just days until the resolutions kick in.
That said, here is one little indulgence that will
make you glad it’s not….quite…2009.

Carnival Caramel Apple Cake
She’s easy. She’s breezy. She’s ready to make your holidays go by in a tasty way. And, while she may not be particulary gorgeous, this little caramel cake will keep you dancing all the way into the New Year.
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. graham crackers
3/4 c. flour
2 eggs
2 apples
1/2 c. Kraft caramel bits
Mix all ingredients together.
Serve topped with vanilla ice-cream and caramel sauce.

I’ve resolved so many things
I almost have to resolve to remember them all.
*What are you’re big plans for the coming year?
Do tell.
I might just want to add them
to my list.

I firmly resolve to bake more cookies! And more cupcakes! And to laugh at myself more, and smile at my children more, and kiss my husband a lot more!
And I firmly commit to thanking God in heaven for my life…for His forgiveness, His grace, His love, and His blessings.
Happy, Blessed New Year to You Darling!
