Splendiferous S’mores Cookies
No Campfire Needed.
*
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t. baking powder
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t. baking powder
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs, finely crushed
2 c. white chocolate chips
2 c. white chocolate chips
Cream butter, sugar and eggs until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and beat until combined. Plop onto a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 7-9 minutes. As soon as cookies come out of the oven, press a small piece of graham cracker into the top of each one. Eat ‘em hot, or allow them to cool. Either way, they’re deeee-lish!

Tonight, in 6-year-old Jacob’s Evening Prayer:
Bless me to get more presents than are on my list.
Amen.

Have you perchance tried making these with mini-marshmallows? Inquiring minds want to know. ’cause, you know… marshmallows!!!!!!!! (and I’m not fond of white chocolate, so I was just wonderin’)
I’ll try it and let you know my success rate.
