Using Our Thinkers.

Our big budget makeover
(which includes a very small budget)
inspired a Saturday morning
Christmas gift making session
using only leftover crafts & such
which had been long stowed away
and forgotten in the basement.
We began by compiling a list
of all the kids teachers,
helpers & other school notables.
Plopping sundries upon the table,
I encouraged them to use their noggins
and create unique, thoughtful gifts
for peeps on said list.
My little bunions came through
with flying colors.
Here are a few favorite creations:
Andrew’s Mod-podged bookmark and clothespin & button frame
Alyssa’s Styrofoam Snow Man with vintage button hat
Jake’s paper-plate replica of our school Janitor

Rebecca’s brilliant Detective Costume for Speech Therapist, Mr. K

(Won’t he love it?!)

Now, what to make for the mailman…?
