I so agree that kindness doesn't take extra time - and my goal is for simplicity - simplicity does not met bare and desolate! That is what I'm striving for!

Its interesting to know you use to be vegan, its a shame...i could have used some more sweet vegan recipes :) although most recipes are easy to adapt these days.
