My Dole Saladtude is simplicity is best. I eat salads several days a week and almost always toss tomatoes, carrots, and peppers on my lettuce then top it with cheese and turkey or ham and toss it with ranch dressing.

My Sala’tude. Color and crunch!!!! I want a wide variety of lettuce types, sweet and bitter. Peppers, onions, cukes, nuts, and then slivered Parmesan. I usually keep some oven roasted chicken ready for extra protein and to make it a meal. I make my dressing based on my mood for the day, and I’m a dunker, not a pourer
