I’ve been a fan of Liberte Yogurt forever, but this latest revelation just positively undoes me.
Who needs to wake up to a coffee and yogurt each morning? Just grab a carton of creamy Cap yogurt, a spoon, and prepare to swoon. There’s a flavor boost in the bottom of the cup, a swirl of cappuccino flavor that’s not too sweet, and looks like a curlique of wonder when your spoon hits it.
Rather than eating cartons of the stuff for breakfast only, I decided to turn it into a quick and simple dessert. You know as well as I do that I prize quick and simple. In this case, quick and simple and cream is simply an upgrade.
Quick. Simple. Cappuccino.
Spoons poised. Let us celebrate.
2-Minute Tiramisu with Cappuccino Liberte Yogurt
2 cartons Liberte Yogurt, Cappuccino Flavor
8 ladyfingers or vanilla wafers
2/3 cup fresh whopped sweet cream
2 tablespoons dark cocoa powder
In two small parfait dishes, layer Liberte, ladyfingers, cream, and a dusting of cocoa. With two layers in each parfait dish, you're done!
Cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together and the ladyfingers to soak up the flavor. Enjoy!
Cappuccino Liberte will be arriving in stores later summer. Visit Liberté’s Product Locator to find a retailer near you.
