Quick Caramel Creme Brulee (Takes just 30-Seconds!)
My motivation in the kitchen has gone from “what can I do with 2 sticks of butter in two hours” to
“What can I do in 2 minutes with 2 healthy-ish ingredients?”
Thankfully, this easy little recipe with Liberte yogurt makes my kitchen wishes my kitchen commands. Also, it tastes just like creme brulee. Also, creme brulee you can eat for dessert.

European-style yogurt is poured into a bowl, then topped with homemade caramelized sugar.

Quick Caramel Creme Brulee
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon water
1 carton Liberte Yogurt, caramel flavor
In a small, nonstick skillet, heat sugar and water together over very high heat, just until the sugar begins to boil. Remove and pour onto a piece of parchment, cool.
Crumble caramelized sugar topping on top of the yogurt. Serve immediately and enjoy.
