well first of all, your blog's a riot. what a great read.
secondly, these cupcakes sound amazing. if you ever learn one thing about me from my blog it's that i love cinnamon. how have i never known about or tried cinnamon oil or extract? i'm ashamed.
i've also never seen a mixture of margarine and butter used in a recipe. color me intrigued. and hungry. :)

I LOVE your pictures, Brooke. You remind me of a modern-day 'Lucy'! You are always SO animated!

When I saw your cupcakes I had a 'flash-forward' of these sitting in the display case of your very own bakery someday. The line in front of your shop was SUPER long so I just flashed my "Brooke's Friend" badge and pushed my way to the front. Then I promtly bought EVERYTHING in sight and apologized to the others in the line as I smacked my lips while walking past them! What a lovely day dream!
