Grilled Caesar salad

Want a simple salad recipe that is packed with flavor?

Grilled Caesar Salad is super simple with all your favorite ingredients.

Ingredients:

2 Hearts of romaine lettuce

4 Strips of bacon

Cherry tomatoes

Caesar dressing

Instructions:

Heat the grill over a low flame. 

Cut each heart of romaine lettuce in half lengthwise. 

Place each half of lettuce onto the grill cut side down. Cook for a minute or two until there are some nice char marks on the lettuce, and then flip to repeat the process on the other side.

Cook the bacon until it is crispy. 

Place the grilled lettuce onto a serving tray or plate. Top with 1 strip of crumbled cooked bacon.

Slice some cherry tomatoes in half and add those scattered on and around the lettuce on the plate. 

Drizzle on your favorite caesar dressing and serve.
